Yolanda serves Lakeland, Florida and the surrounding areas, including Bartow, Lake Wales, Fort Meade, Winter Haven, and Central Florida. Yolandastrives to empower those she helps with reassurance and positivity. Having moved frequently as a child and as a single mom, she understands firsthand the significance of having a home sweet home and a caring community.

Married to her husband Frankie, who partners with her in real estate as a Mortgage Loan Originator, and a mom to four boys and one girl, Yolanda keeps plenty busy in her “downtime.” All her sons play baseball — her two oldest competitively — while her ever-curious young daughter enjoys singing along to worship and playing in the dirt with her brothers when she can. Previous to real estate, Yolanda’s greatest experience was in ministry planting and leading a church for six years and still serves in her local church through women’s ministry and helps lead with Hope House as a Board Member, a non-profit for women in Bartow, FL.
